This kitchen renovation combined multiple rooms to create one expansive, open-concept space ideal for entertaining. A 128″ island with seating for six anchors the room, while a hidden pantry keeps the layout sleek and functional. Black oak cabinetry and thoughtfully selected finishes were chosen to complement the home’s original architecture, blending modern luxury with timeless character.

We’re proud to launch our Community Food Drive supporting the Coralville and North Liberty Food Pantries—now through the end of the year.
With the current economic climate, these organizations need our support more than ever. This Giving Tuesday, and throughout the holiday season, we invite you to join us in helping local families fill their tables and their hearts.

We’re collecting non-perishable food items including:
– Canned fruits and vegetables
– Hearty soups
– Pastas, rice, and grains
– Peanut butter and canned proteins
– Cereal and oatmeal
– Shelf-stable milks and baby food
